i've read a number of new nurses blog... the ones that grad the same time as me....

n i dare say.. that almost everyone of them are having THEIR critical time right now..

tears have been wasted on wasted people.. well.. i was the one who was doing the crying... for someone who i think is a wasted in the ward setting... its too much if i spell everything what she has done to me....
even though, u r knowledgeable.. n have 8 yrs of experience... but still.. ur rank n i are still the same... u are a staff nurse.. so am i... im not saying im knowledgeable.. u win hands down... but wif knowledge that u have in ur stubborn brain of urs.. u have no compassion for the sick people... even the relatives of the patients are scared of u... yes im the junior here... but it doesnt mean, u could bully me to the ground...
but these few days that i took annual leave.. it really comes in handy..
i realised, these are the things that i have to persevere..

even though upon seeing her face i feel like doing some damage to her already damage face and character... but wat a mere two months old nurse could do..

i have to thank you for being there for me.. always.. and yes.. u were the one that mostly got the shits from me... bearing all the brunts... but hei.... don worry... not only u lar... even him.. even the family... has a taste of it.. yeap yeap.. n im sorry to all of u.....
