OF all things that i should bring to the hospital ytr was the present that i bought for my preceptor..AND I FORGOT!!!!!!!..IDIOT seh...
end up.. i jus bought her a flower n a card... to wait for my bro to send the present to TTSH, took forever!!!..grrr... but nvr mind.. partly my fault too... for being such a forgetful person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... haizzzzzz.....

n yes.... im done wif attachment.. i cant believe it seh.. i felt a tinge of sadness thinking that im no more a student.. n moving on to a harsh world of working life... as i said to renuka... im leaving my coccoon... No more.... staff nurse to look for when something goes wrong... the next time something goes wrong, people will be searching for ME!!... ish that is so scary man..
n to think that i will not be wearing my sch uniform anymore... i slept wif it for a few hours... haha.. too tired to take it out.. n too sad to take it out too.. so i jus slept wif it.. for a while only... jus for a few hours...

n yes.. i pass my PRCP wif pretty good feedback.. hehe... on the other hand, my preceptor gave me 2 feedback..
n im so proud of it..
i shall keep it for life man..

Student nurse khairunnisa is a pleasant and soft spoken nurse. She has a positive attitude in performing her work. She does her work, dedicated to her promptly but still need constant supervision.
She is able to converse effectively to the doctors regarding patient's orders and care. KeEp up with the performance in your remaining posting. Good luck.

Student nurse khairunnisa has successfully completed her psoting. She has demonstrated high ability in her work. She respected her seniors and kind to her patients. she has done a good job. Happy to have her as my preceptee. Continue to work hard.
