PRCP

weeeee.. i had a cool time in the ward this week!!... i build a good rapport wif one of the staff nurses there..... i have seen many nurses.. be it they r good or bad or worse... or jus an extra baggage who r not cut out to be a nurse... im surprise that i have come this far n i have not falter badly.. wat i meant iS.. i didnt give up half way.. i fear i would do that.. yeah there are the ups n downs in the time tat im in nursing.. but i have said to myself SO MANY TIME...

'isha.. u must not give up or many people will be disappointed wif u...'

not only my parents will be involve.. my uncles who are my sureties will be in a deep shit!!..

this time ard... my patients are cute n some of them like f*** lar... grrr.. but nonetheless.. still had fun working wif this particular nurse.. really show me in detail the rope to survive in this line.. hmm...

a friend askED me..a very good friend.. alarrr.. senang senang... mary was the one who asked me this question.. khekheke.

" so can u see urself in this line of work?"...

had me thinking for a while.. not that the question nvr came to my mind.. it did.. always i asked myself this.. "am i ready for this line".. hmm... i know i can do it.. i know i can survive in this line... i could do much better than half of the nurses who dont deserve the scholarship fr the hospitals... they r jus slackers.. well some lar... im not boasting here aite.. its jus tat.. i c myself n i received commentS... that im a PROACTIVE nurse... who cant do nothing in a ward.. coz i KNOW.. there r eyes watching me... hmmm.. meaning... SISTERS lar... my managers... ehem ehem..

well well well... i heard some news tat.. my juniors are going to have PRCP for six months!!.. when my batch n i, are jus going for six weeks.. k.. for those who don know what PRCP is.. well.. this is the time, when, they r test whether they know their skills well enuff or not.. if they pass the theory in sch, fail in practical in hospital.. they cannot be register as a staff nurse.. meaning.. no GRADUATION!!.. HMM...i think its good.. coz i myself.. see that.. these juniors are pain in the ass... freaking extra baggage lar.. not that im not supporting recruiting new nurses.. but if they came LATE for work or HIDING in the toilet!! ORRRR.. in the tea room.. well.. i think this 6 months will be the best medicine for them...
