Invitation to chocolate fondue... hmm.. very tempting... but sorry girls... i have to give it a miss... don feeel like bringing down the fun u girls will have wif my attitude nowadays...

a staff challenge me today.. took up 3 cases... wah... tough... cant imagine if i have to do it for 12 patients when i pass out... hmm... but i like.. challenging i must say... still.. there are so many things tat i need to know.. basic, i got it all covered... well.. thats wat i think lar...

to take a case.. u need to know ur patient in n out.. if u want to pass report to another staff nurse n u don know if the patient is on urine catheter or an i/v plug on the hand... n u still got the cheek to write report.. u should bang ur head into the wall i must say.. this is simple thing u need to assess patient.. wat more, when u r taking a transfer case... u took charge.. oh my god.. im cringing right now as i remember this scene.. wat im trying to say... know ur patient well.. n den u took up the case...
